SERVICES

All Roofing Services are completed by licensed Roof Plumbers.

1. A Roof Report

The whole roof and gutters will be inspected with areas of concern being highlighted.

2. Temporary Repairs (if possible)

Whilst we are inspecting the roof, we may identify minor repairs which are required. These repairs are inclusive of the roofing service. Some temporary repairs may not be possible as they are extensive and will require a permanent quote.

3. Before and After Images

Of any temporary repairs performed when on site to highlight what was done.

4. Quote for Permanent Repairs

Once the roof has been examined and issues identified, we will compile a permanent quote which will cater for rectifying the roof of all issues.

COSTS

One man - $500.00 + gst.

$500.00 + GST

Call out fee inclusive of 1 hour of work on site.
This is the most common (and only) cost associated with this service.

Second Man (If required)

$130.00 + GST

Due to O H & S requirements 2 men may be required, however, this is dependent on the job.

Extra Time On-Site.

$130.00 + gst

If extra time is required on site (which in our experience, it is not) further fees will be incurred.
Each man on site will incur $130.00 + gst per hour, which will be charged in 15-minute increments (15 Minutes = $32.50 + gst).

NOTE * ALL MATERIAL COSTS WILL BE ADDED ON TOP OF ANY ABOVE COSTS.
